How to Use Credo Payment Links


A Credo Payment Link is a simple way to collect payments from customers. Instead of needing a website or an app, you can create a unique link, share it via email, WhatsApp, social media, or SMS, and get paid instantly.


No Website Needed – Just create and share your link.
Accept Multiple Currencies – Get paid in NGN and other supported currencies.
Flexible Pricing – Set a fixed price or let customers enter what they want to pay.
Track Payments Easily – See who paid, when they paid, and how much they paid.
Customizable – Add descriptions, collect customer details, or show a thank-you message after payment.


Step 1: Go to the Payment Links Section
  1. Log in to your Credo Dashboard.
  2. Click on “Payment Links” in the menu.
  3. Click “Create Payment Link” to start.
Step 2: Fill in Payment Details
  1. Name Your Link – Give your link a name (e.g., Christmas Couple Pyjamas).
  2. Add a Description – Explain what the customer is paying for.
  3. Set a Price – Enter a fixed amount or allow the customer to choose how much to pay.
  4. Choose a Currency – If you want to accept other currencies, click “+ Add Currency”.
Step 3: Customize Your Link (Optional)
  • Allow Buyers to Set a Price – Let customers decide how much to pay.
  • Collect Customer Details – Ask for their name, email, or phone number.
  • Add a Success Message – Show a thank-you message after payment.
  • Redirect After Payment – Send customers to another page when they finish paying.
Step 4: Preview & Save
  1. Click Preview to see how the payment page looks.
  2. If everything is correct, click Save Link.
Step 5: Share the Link
  1. Copy the link.
  2. Share it on WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, or SMS.
  3. Customers click the link, enter their details, and pay – it’s that easy!


How to Track Payments

  1. Total Revenue – How much you’ve made.

  2. Transaction Count – How many payments have been made.

  3. Customer Count – How many people have paid.

To see this, go to Payment Links > Select Your Link.

1. Can I let customers enter their own payment amount?

Yes! Just check the “Allow Buyer to Set Price” box when creating your link.

2. Can I accept payments in multiple currencies?

Yes, you can add other currencies by clicking “+ Add Currency”.

3. How do I see who has paid?

Go to Payment Links, select your link, and you’ll see all transactions.

4. Can I edit a payment link after creating it?

Yes! You can update the name, description, price, and more anytime.
