What Are Payment Links?
A Credo Payment Link is a simple way to collect payments from customers. Instead of needing a website or an app, you can create a unique link, share it via email, WhatsApp, social media, or SMS, and get paid instantly.

How to Create a Payment Link
Step 1: Go to the Payment Links Section
- Log in to your Credo Dashboard.
- Click on “Payment Links” in the menu.
- Click “Create Payment Link” to start.
Step 2: Fill in Payment Details
- Name Your Link – Give your link a name (e.g., Christmas Couple Pyjamas).
- Add a Description – Explain what the customer is paying for.
- Set a Price – Enter a fixed amount or allow the customer to choose how much to pay.
- Choose a Currency – If you want to accept other currencies, click “+ Add Currency”.
Step 3: Customize Your Link (Optional)
- Allow Buyers to Set a Price – Let customers decide how much to pay.
- Collect Customer Details – Ask for their name, email, or phone number.
- Add a Success Message – Show a thank-you message after payment.
- Redirect After Payment – Send customers to another page when they finish paying.
Step 4: Preview & Save
- Click Preview to see how the payment page looks.
- If everything is correct, click Save Link.
Step 5: Share the Link
- Copy the link.
- Share it on WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, or SMS.
- Customers click the link, enter their details, and pay – it’s that easy!
How to Track Payments
Once your link is live, you can track:
Total Revenue – How much you’ve made.
Transaction Count – How many payments have been made.
Customer Count – How many people have paid.
Link Access – How many times the link has been clicked.
To see this, go to Payment Links > Select Your Link.
